1. Respect the property and neighbors. 2. Any and all damages to the property not caused by general wear and tear will be the renter’s responsibility. 3. The following is strictly prohibited on property; illegal drugs, firearms (weapons), and smoking inside the property. Smoking must be done outside only. 4. Pets are allowed on property with a pet fee. Service pets are exempt. 5. No parties are allowed. Small gatherings are allowed with the following restrictions; - Renters must notify the hosts with your intention to host a small gathering, additional questions will be asked. Hosts will approve or deny the request. - Any guests past the maximum capacity of 6 must leave the property by 10:00 PM. Loud and disruptive gatherings will be immediately shut down. - There can only be a maximum of three (3) vehicles on the property. All other vehicles must park on Cypress Lane and NOT Cypress Court. 6. No personal mail of any kind is allowed to be sent to the property. Renters may utilize nearby postal offices and/or drop boxes. 7. Modifications to the property without authorization is strictly prohibited. The renter will be responsible for any and all repairs needed as a result of modifications. 8. Tampering with security and life saving equipment is strictly prohibited. Found doing so, you will be warned only one time. Subsequent violations you will be told to leave the property or escorted off by local authorities. All safety equipment is in place to protect you and others. The equipment that is protected are; Cameras. Smoke detectors. Carbon monoxide detectors. Fire extinguishers. First Aid Kits. 9. For stays longer than 14 days; - Basic upkeep of the property is required by the renter. - Trash disposal will be the renter's responsibility. - There will be a required cleaning by professional staff weekly for the duration of the stay. 10. The garage is a restricted area. 11. By booking and confirming your stay, you automatically agree to all rules set forth and assume responsibility for the property during your stay. Which may include any and all local ordinances, state law, and Airbnb terms of service. Please refer to the terms of service provided.
